P. Luis Mosquera, SDB<\/strong><\/p>\n Naci\u00f3 en la ciudad de Machala, El Oro el 16 de julio de 1981.<\/strong> Inici\u00f3 su formaci\u00f3n sacerdotal en el 2002. Su Profesi\u00f3n Perpetua la hizo en Quito el 12 de septiembre del 2009.
